I've been with working on coming up with healthy recipes for a while now. I was quiet successful in making healthy alternatives to a lot of my favourit foods. So since I'm a dessert lover, here's my healthy version of a guiltless dessert.
Chia pudding tastes so good, it actually changes the notion that healthy food tastes bland.
Let's jump into the procedure.

DESCRIPTION
A vanilla chia pudding with peanut butter topped with blue berry compote.
INGREDIENTS
Chia pudding
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup light coconut milk or almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blueberry compote
Add blueberries, a little bit of honey to a hot pan and let it thicken. Keep stirring occasionally.
INSTRUCTIONS
➡️Whisk the chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Set aside for 4 hours or over night to let gel
➡️Remove blueberry compote and let it cool. ➡️scoop some peanut butter inti a glass, then add the chia seed mix, then top it with compote.
Enjoy it cold!!
